*Cancellation policy: Requests for cancellation of registration must be received in writing. Cancellations received at least 30 days prior to the session start date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10%, which will be deducted from the refund. No refund will be made for cancellation requests received within 30 days of the session start date. However, registration fees can be applied toward a future class with an additional 10% administrative fee. If the event needs to be cancelled because of an unforeseen cause beyond the organizers’ control(such as Acts of God, fire, strikes, and natural disasters, etc.) you will be refunded your registration fee less 10% to cover incurred organizational costs.
